Cancellation policy

For therapeutic massage and individualized yoga classes, we have a 24 hr cancellation policy. We must receive notice of your cancellation within 24 hrs or you will be billed for the full amount of the services scheduled. Please understand that if we hold the space for someone who does not show up, it means lost income for us which cannot be made up later, and it prevents another person in need from using that time slot.

Need based sliding scale available upon request

About Us

Both Stephen Opper and Christie Abeling-Opper have been practicing Therapeutic Massage and instructing many different styles of Yoga in the Asheville, North Carolina area for 10 years. Our approach is different than massage therapy, focusing treating the problem and not alleviating the symptoms of the problem.

They have dedicated themselves to learning and studying a multitude of different techniques, styles, and methods.
