Have you already tried massage therapy for your condition,
and found it to be of limited value?

The terms therapeutic massage and bodywork can mean many different
things with different intentions. It can mean everything from
energy-work and chakra balancing, to luxurious relaxation
massage, to structurally and bio-mechanically oriented bodywork,
and more. Each of these things is valuable in their own right,
the problem is that since they all fall under the word massage,
often people need one type of bodywork, but receive another.
My work is focused on effective pain release, and on restoring
structural homeostasis to prevent pain and injury from manifesting.

That certainly does not mean that you have to be in pain to
receive benefits from my treatment. As Ben Franklin said an
ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. Most people
have places in their body that are accidents waiting to happen,
places which are not actively causing pain, but are placing
undue stress on the body and causing restrictions which are
compensated for in other areas. Treating these issues before
they become painful or debilitating is certainly the most
ideal strategy, which is done through seasonal or annual maintenance
treatments.
